Attorney

Sarah Osburn was appointed City Attorney in April of 2006.  She had been employed as the Assistant City Attorney since December of 2001, and has been practicing law since 1996. 

Sarah is originally from Tecumseh and is a graduate of Tecumseh High School.  She attained her B.A. from the University of Michigan in 1992 in English and Communication and earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo in 1996. 

Sarah is a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of Lenawee County and she is a member of the Michigan Association of Municipal Attorneys. 

She lives in Adrian with her husband Brian and her two children.
