Pre-registation is required for all programs unless otherwise stated. Please note the deadline dates for all programs to avoid disappointments. All activities require a minimum and maximum number of registrants in order to operate.
Programs will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. If your desired class is filled, you will be notified and placed on a waiting list. If any openings become available, we will go to the waiting list to fill the class.
THREE WAYS TO REGISTER
1) Mail in the registration form and check made payable to "City of Adrian".
2) Visit our office located at 135 E. Maumee St., Adrian, MI 49221.
3) After 4:30 PM, drop registration form with payment in the payment dropbox at the back of City Hall.
CITY RESIDENT RATES
Because recreation programs are subsidized by City taxes, a discounted rate will be given to all City of Adrian residents. This rate will be applied on a team basis for the adult sports leagues.
ACTIVITY CHANGES/SCHEDULES
Due to circumstances beyond our control, some activities may require time changes. All participants will be notified, if possible, if a change or cancellation does occur.
REFUND POLICY
We will refund registration fee less $5.00, or issue a credit for the full amouont, if notified before the program begins. Refunds after the first session will be returned less the cost of that session and the $5.00 cancellation fee. NO refunds after the second program session. This policy does not apply to sports leagues.
RETURN CHECK FEE
A $25 fee will be charged for all checks returned due to non-sufficient funds, account closed or no account. Participation in any recreation classes or programs will not be allowed until all charges are paid through the City Treasurer's Office at City Hall.
