Dial-A-Ride is the public transportation system in Adrian that will pick you up at your curb side and take you anywhere you want to go in the city limits of Adrian. We offer comfortable seating and each vehicle is wheel chair accessible.
Call 265-6611 and tell the dispatcher where you need to be picked up and where you want to go. The dispatcher will send a bus to pick you up.
A “standing order” for service each day can also be booked with only one call to the Dial-A-Ride office.

* Please cancel your ride if you are NOT going to need our service.
Anyone, any age, who is able to travel can use Dial-A-Ride services. Please call ahead and allow 30 - 45 minutes for the bus to arrive. You may make several stops before arriving at your destination, so plan for a slightly longer ride on the bus than you would expect in a car.
Passengers are responsible for carrying their own packages from store to bus and from bus to home. You can carry on as many bags as you can carry boarding the vehicle only one time.
For your safety, please consider traveling with a personal assistant/aide if you require extra assistance in using transportation services. Service animals are permitted to board the vehicles.
“Hail stops” and “walk on” customers will also be accommodated, but the option of which vehicle will carry the passenger is left to the dispatcher.
For the convenience of all, smoking is not allowed on board the Dial-A-Ride vehicles.
Dial-A-Ride is open Monday through Friday with office hours from 6:00am - 5:30pm.
